RAMEN | Tokyo Late Night

Featuring some ‘functional’ shops which offer that ‘soul saving’ bowl of ramen after all the late night drinking. Starting from the top (clock wise) is Kyushu Jangara (九州じゃんがら), ‘tonkotsu’ taste that is closer to the Nagahama style. Have shops all around town. Going for a rather non-Japanese taste will be はしご (橋悟), dan-dan noodles at the heart of the action-packed Ginza Section 6. For those desperately needing some heavy dosage of grease in their stomach, it will have to be the ‘decadent’ 東京豚骨-ばんから, right at the junction of Ginza going into Shinbashi. Satisfaction guaranteed!
