SPEAKEASY | Moving Kitchen

Wine buddy HL’s birthday dinner at the Wine Vault brought along Raymond Fung’s new concept that will cook for charity with all proceeds after deducting food cost going to a beneficiary of the client’s choice. A team of young and passionate professionals acting as part time cooks interacted very well with the clientele.

Food wise up to standard in the speakeasy world though more thoughts should probably be given to the choice of ingredients as well as cooking style considering the facilities of the selected venue, which is bound to be challenging due to the ‘moving’ nature and thus different every time.
