Back to Naha for a seasonal fix by Chef ‘Lum’. The usual no fuss, what you see is what you get approach and a series of seasonal goodies are again highlighted. The only disappointment of the night was the bottle of Nama Genshu sake LG brought along which had obviously turned bad due probably to poor storage despite the fancy foil wrapper. Chef offered the house made mango shochu instead and that was a present surprise. As mentioned before, not your usual sushi house style omakase but rather a seasonal cuisine approach featuring the best in-season items. Fairly priced and attentive service as always.
